Signs of a migraine

Salima Faiza - Migraine is not ' attacking ' suddenly, following signs that often felt before the migraines started.

Aura
Generally in the form of a flashing light, spots, curved line cross.

Mood changes.
The sufferer would suddenly get depressed without cause. A study results say, depression can worsen migraines.

Sleep disorders.
The patient will have difficulty to sleep calmly, insomnia or feel tired even though still had enough sleep.

Stuffy nose and watery eyes.
Migraine symptoms resembling a sinus symptoms, nasal congestion, pockets full of eyelids and watery.

Crave certain foods.
Usually Brown.

Throbbing pain.
Pain is generally only on the part of the head.

Pain in the eye.

Pain in the neck.
During a migraine attack, neck pain and it will feel stiff.

Frequent urination.
Usually occurs a few hours before a migraine.

Evaporated.
